Oceanside PR operates PR Genie, a platform for AI visibility, content planning, social and website readiness, local/search support, lead conversations, client reporting, and approval-aware growth workflows. This policy applies to OceansidePR.com, the PR Genie public website, PR Genie account areas, public contact forms, Guest Genie public assistant interactions, and related support or service workflows.
We design PR Genie around helpful public information, protected member workspaces, and approval-gated workflows for sensitive actions. We collect information only as needed to operate the website and platform, respond to requests, provide services, improve product quality, maintain security, and support authorized integrations.
This page is intended to be readable and complete. It does not replace any written service agreement, data-processing agreement, or custom contract that may apply to a specific customer.
Information we collect
When you browse the public website, submit the contact form, request a demo, ask plan questions, or request login/reset help, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company, website, request type, message, page context, and related communication details.
When you use the floating Guest Genie assistant, we may record safe public conversation signals such as your questions, page path, interests, plan-fit cues, and follow-up needs. Private account support still requires login.
Logged-in users may provide account profile details, client or project details, brand information, content requests, media preferences, report settings, support notes, and workflow approvals needed to operate PR Genie.
PR Genie may store client business names, websites, social links, blog connections, local profile setup details, review themes, content drafts, publishing preferences, analytics preferences, and report configuration where authorized by the account holder.
Users may upload or select media assets, brand images, logos, screenshots, documents, prompts, copy notes, and campaign assets. These are used to support approved content, reporting, branding, and media workflows.
We may collect IP address, browser/device information, session information, authentication events, security logs, usage logs, error logs, audit trails, consent records, and operational metadata to keep the platform reliable and secure.

Google user data
When a user connects a Google account, PR Genie may receive Google identity details, OAuth authorization metadata, tokens or token references, scope information, and Google Business Profile account/location metadata where the user has authorized the connection. Google Business Profile workflows may request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope when needed to verify account and location access and support approved business profile workflows.
Oceanside PR and PR Genie do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users may revoke Google access through their Google Account settings or through PR Genie account controls where available. If access is revoked, the connected feature may stop working until reauthorized.
AI assistance and automation
AI-generated drafts, suggestions, summaries, and recommendations should be reviewed before use in public, client, legal, billing, or account-specific contexts.
Publishing, provider calls, Google Business Profile actions, account changes, billing changes, user/permission updates, and client-private support require the proper logged-in workflow and approval controls.
Genie may learn generalized UX, industry, and workflow patterns, but client-specific data remains scoped to the authorized client/workspace.
Guest Genie can explain plans, features, and next steps. It must not expose private account support or client workspace details to public visitors.
Sharing, security, and retention
We may share information with service providers who help operate hosting, security, email, communications, analytics, support, payments, AI assistance, or authorized workflow tools. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the information handled. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we design workflows around scoped access, review gates, logs, and operational safeguards.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, operate accounts, maintain records, satisfy legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain audit, evidence, or rollback history.
Your choices
Depending on your relationship with Oceanside PR or PR Genie, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain information. Some records may need to be retained for security, compliance, billing, audit, legal, dispute-resolution, backup, or service-integrity reasons.
To make a privacy request, use the public contact form or contact the account owner if your information is managed inside a client workspace. For account-specific support, please log in so we can verify authorization before discussing private details.
