Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026. This policy explains how Oceanside PR handles information for its website and PR Genie workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, business name, website, project details, support requests, and setup notes. PR Genie may also store client workspace information, content drafts, channel setup status, and reporting preferences when users interact with the platform.

Google user data

When a user connects a Google account, Oceanside PR Genie may receive Google account identity details and OAuth tokens, and may request access to Google Business Profile account/location metadata for client-authorized setup and verification workflows.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the specific connected feature authorized by the user, such as confirming Google account access or verifying Google Business Profile account/location access. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising or for training generalized AI models. Oceanside PR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve Oceanside PR and PR Genie services.
  • Respond to support, billing, and service requests.
  • Prepare content, visibility, reporting, and client-channel workflows.
  • Verify authorized account or business-profile access.
  • Protect the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, hosting, security, communications, or approved client workflow. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the type of information handled. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain review/rollback evidence.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us. You may revoke Google account authorization through your Google Account settings. If a Google connection is revoked, related features may stop working until reconnected.
