Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service apply to OceansidePR.com, PR Genie public pages, PR Genie account areas, Guest Genie public assistant interactions, contact forms, demos, plan requests, support requests, and related Oceanside PR services unless a separate signed agreement controls a specific service relationship.

By accessing the website, submitting a form, creating an account, using PR Genie, connecting a channel, requesting support, or using an AI-assisted workflow, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies referenced here. If you use PR Genie for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Accounts, plans, and access

PR Genie access depends on the account, plan, role, client, project, and connected-channel permissions.

Accounts and login

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share access with unauthorized people or use another person’s account without permission.

Plans and limits

PR Genie features, usage limits, storage, media options, AI assistance, channel access, reports, and support levels may vary by plan or service agreement. Plan details may change as the product evolves.

Client and project boundaries

Client workspaces, Brand Brain, content, media, reports, and support details are scoped to the authorized client/project. Users may access only the data and tools permitted by their role and plan.

AI assistance, content, and review

AI can accelerate work, but users remain responsible for review, approval, and final use.

Connected channels and third-party platforms

Connected websites, social channels, Google workflows, media tools, and analytics remain subject to their own rules.

Do not submit content that violates rights, laws, client rules, or platform policies.

Social + mediaSocial captions, media ideas, scheduling recommendations, and connected-channel planning require account authorization and review.

Each social platform may enforce its own terms, API limits, ad rules, community standards, and review obligations.

Google + localGoogle OAuth and Google Business Profile workflows are used only for authorized account/location features.

Google Business Profile access, posts, replies, or updates require proper authorization and may be subject to Google’s policies and API access limits.

Lead forms + supportPublic forms and Guest Genie can route sales, plan, demo, service, and login/reset trouble to the right next step.

Private account support requires login or other verification before account-specific details are discussed.

Support, contact, and service boundaries

Public contact is for general help. Account-specific help requires verification.

The public contact form may be used for demo requests, plan questions, service questions, sales conversations, and access emergencies such as being unable to log in or reset a password. PR Genie may create a contact/support ticket from a submitted form.

Account-specific support, billing, permissions, private client work, project details, publishing history, client reporting, and sensitive account changes require login or authorized verification. Public Guest Genie can answer general product questions, but it is not a substitute for authenticated account support.

We aim to keep PR Genie available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific ranking or traffic result, or a specific outcome from AI, SEO, local, social, lead, or content recommendations.

Acceptable use

Use PR Genie responsibly and do not misuse the platform.

Do not violate laws or rights

Do not use PR Genie to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, harmful, spammy, or unauthorized content or actions.

Do not bypass controls

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, plan limits, permission gates, approval flows, security controls, API restrictions, or rate limits.

Do not misuse integrations

Do not connect accounts you do not own or control, submit private data without authorization, or use connected channels in ways that violate third-party terms.
