Use of services

Oceanside PR provides public-relations, content, visibility, local profile, reporting, and workflow-support services. PR Genie is used to organize client-owned workspaces and review-first platform operations.

Account and connection responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate authority to connect third-party accounts, and using only client-owned or authorized business, website, social, and Google Business Profile assets.

Google-connected features

Google-connected features require user authorization. A Google account or Google Business Profile connection does not guarantee that every Google API action is available; access can depend on Google approvals, scopes, quotas, account permissions, and location ownership.

Review-first operations

Oceanside PR Genie is designed to keep sensitive actions review-gated. Initial connection and verification workflows should not be treated as permission to publish, post, reply, change a profile, send email, alter billing, or activate monitoring unless the specific workflow clearly states that action has been reviewed and approved.

No guarantee

Services are provided using reasonable effort and may depend on third-party providers, APIs, account permissions, hosting, or platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular search, ranking, visibility, review, or business outcome.
